Terms

What this is

trunk is a private workspace provided to named customers by arrangement. There is no public sign-up and no free tier. Access is by passcode, issued to you.

Your account and your messages

• Keep your passcode to yourself. Anyone holding it can read what is in your workspace.
• You are responsible for what you send. Drafts are suggestions written by software and can be wrong; you approve each message before it goes, and what goes out is what you approved.
• Connect only accounts you are entitled to use, and only for lawful correspondence.

What we do and do not promise

• The service is provided as it is, without warranty. It may be unavailable at times.
• We will not send mail on your behalf without your explicit approval of that message.
• We may change or discontinue the service. If a workspace is being discontinued you will be told in advance, so you can disconnect your accounts and take your records.

Ending it

You can disconnect your accounts at any time in the app, or revoke access from Google. To close a workspace, write to hello@personalizeyourwork.com.
